Riley Bulson

I am a Chicago-based stage manager and production manager known for being dependable, adaptable, and collaborative. I bring a calm, positive presence to creative teams and enjoy helping productions run smoothly from start to finish!

I'm currently studying at Loyola University Chicago, where I actively contribute to theatrical productions and serve as the Production Management Coordinator for the Department of Fine and Performing Arts, supporting communication, scheduling, and daily operations. I have also collaborated with The Beautiful City Project, Shattered Globe Theatre, and Theatre EVOLVE, gaining experience in mission-driven, community-focused work.

Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, and Asana, I value clear systems and practical problem-solving. Alongside my production work, I participate in Loyola’s music program and am passionate about ensemble singing. Driven by storytelling, organization, and collaboration, I continue to grow as an emerging theatre professional in Chicago.
